EPPROM ERROR appears on your display when the pager needs to be reset. Remove the battery and place into the pager backwards for 5 minutes. Then remove the battery from the pager and replace the battery correctly into the pager, this will reset the pagers memory, you will need to reset your time and date.

Garbled and tone only messages may display if you are in an area with weak signals, or your pager has a low battery. If the problem constantly happens it could be the unit needs to be replaced, contact us for a replacement.

Local Alpha Service monthly is $19.95,this includes voice transfer, and voicemail.
Extended Alpha Service Monthly is $24.95,this also includes the voice transfer, and voicemail. Voice Transfer allows a person to leave you a voice mail message which will be translated into test and paged to your pager for easy reading.
